This kit is for the bike wheel without the disc mount, and here is the installing demo video, for your reference.
The kit includes:

2. 1 x Chain
3. 1 x Customized sprocket for 44mm brake rotor fitting.
4. 1 x Motor controller
5. 1 x Mounting plate + bolts
6. 1 x Accelerator handle or Wuxing thumb throttle
