1). This kit is for the 12-inch bike front wheel, it also fits some scooters.

For the bicycle, it can drive forward only but can not drive in reverse. and the wheel can be free when spin forward without motor power.

For the wheelchair or cart, we can make it drive reverse, but it will have resistance for both forward and reverse.

4). The difference between 24V and 36V is the working current, if you want to ride longer, I recommend 36V kit.
